It will be my job to translate John's unique writing style. I love feedback tell me what you really think. So without any further ado:

 

Blog 9

This week our theme is "The Real John Struggledork Business Secret". This formula can and is applied in every aspect of John's life. Lets see if we can dissect  this Lesson and learn how we can apply this Secret. 

This secret all started with the teaching from a man call Buckminster Fuller, a systems theorist, author, designer, inventor and futurist. HIs thinking is we as humans could become greater and achieve better results; while over time developing systems which reduce time, energy, and materials. Coined was the term "more with less", with which Mr Buckminster Fuller formed his thinking around the optimal methods for all humans to live, interact and survive. Perhaps his greatest lessons were those of patterns and repetition. His distinct belief was there are omni-present patterns in the Universe; as there are patterns manifested from the habits of humans. 

John poses the question, "How accurate is your understanding of what is going on?"

I would word it, "How aware are you of what is happening around you?"

Regardless the intent of both questions is clear. Can we identify that which is implicit by our upbringing, to the level of which allows us to utilize what most people do not see?

Mr Fuller would say "the first human industrial design tool was communication". The ability through vibrations to communicate thoughts to a point of understanding with ones fellow human. 

As Mr Struggledork says "Language is repeated over and over, differently formulated and yet all the same design" . Fascinating that around the world dialects that one might find alien by nature;to another would simply be the language of their culture; but remains all remain in the "Human Design". 

The power to pass information through refined vibrations (languages) remains one of key design tools. 

The Secret Business Design Formula Begins with WORDS

Words are "Leading Calibrators" 

 

Leading:

Coming in advance of others; first

Calibrator:

A person or device that calibrates 

Words are the Calibrations in which we form thoughts and disperse those thoughts to those around us.

The Secret Business Design Formula Follows with NUMBERS

Numbers are "Lagging Calibrators"

Lagging: 

To cause to hang back or fall behind

Calibrator:

A person or device that calibrates 

The human race uses Numbers as the calibrating tool to measure all of which goes on around us. Lag is the time between a "Thought" manifesting into an "Action". 

As John puts it "Words express our thoughts and numbers measure the effect of the thoughts over time." 

 

In Business Design, a critical problem as indentified by John is the lack of consistency of words which are not backed by the measurement of numbers. This problem is amplified in cases where the Words feel comfortable; but the Numbers are not calibrating the real effect of the Words.

To be ignorant to the Power of Words and Numbers in tandem; is to miss the bottom-line result of your business; usually to ones own hazard. 

When the Calibrations of Words and Numbers couple with the foremost Calibrator; Time, "Flow Creators" is manifested. These "Flow Creators" are the engine to which one creates "Measurable Wealth". 

 

Through careful Calibrations "More With Less" Systems and Proccess' are Brought into Existence
