In the last lesson, I spoke about my first real venture into money and using it for exchange of time and energy for a movie ticket, food and a drink. At the time when I was ten, it was a very innocent way of looking at money. Today 50 years later, I realise the influence that money has on my life and all lives around me. I was always chasing money in the early part of my life … And MONEY was very hard to catch, to the point of wasting MY TIME and ENERGY.
About 25 years ago, I met a guy ….Robert Kiyosaki. He had this idea… “ARE YOU WORKING FOR MONEY OR IS MONEY WORKING FOR YOU?” This idea changed my life and the way I view money. Today, I have money working for me. It took me a long time to understand money and the money cycles.. a lot of trial and error. In other words, I have made a lot of mistakes. I never really had trouble making money or working for money…. it has taking me years to understand money working for me. What I share now may seem obvious to all that read it….. You may understand my name (Sabef Struggledork) at the end of this lesson.
Part 1: Money Cycle
Money starts as an idea in a humans’ mind… usually thinking about not having any and how to get it.
Money can come into our lives as:
1. Earned money, made by working for it
2. Borrowed money, received as a loan
3. Raised money, from investors
4. Won money, won by gaming
5. Gifted money, that somebody give to you
6. Inherited money, that is passed to you, usually from a family member
No matter how money comes IN, there are always rules and regulations to follow. To understand how money works for you, there are the rules that apply to the money coming IN.
The first rule….. is money coming “IN” is always designed to go somewhere else. Money is not designed to save. It is designed to exchange for something else. The real issue is when I have money, everyone wants a piece of the money. It like a shark feeding frenzy. It will always remain a feeding frenzy when you are working for it. You must tame the money beast by understanding the TIME when money comes to you. When MONEY comes into ME, I know it is going somewhere else from the second I receive it! The real trick to taming money is the TIMING… when you let it leave your presence. TIMING is everything!! I understand that I have millions of options on where to put my MONEY. I have more choices of where the MONEY will go than I have MONEY. There is always someone or something that wants my Money!!!! Believe it or not, even the very Rich have the problem of either too much or too little Money. As my mentor Robert K would say, either way is a problem that needs to be solved.
Now I always put MONEY that comes IN into a holding pattern whilst I prioritise where it will go. I use to spend MONEY the second I got it, so I never had any when it could do the most work for ME. TIMING is very important. I pay money out by agreements, which means I must have MONEY available when I agree to let it go. I have learned that the larger amounts of MONEY that I can lock away and then let go by agreement, the more MONEY I attracted back to ME.
MONEY must come IN and then the TIME BETWEEN when it goes OUT must have a LAG cycle. LAG is misunderstood in business and money cycles. Yet for that matter, it is the greatest MONEY tamer of them all. Managing and enslaving MONEY means considering the TIME…TIMING… SEQUENCE……. and LAG.

The understanding of LAG will make you very rich in business or life. YOU MUST TAKE THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND

These are the keys to WEALTH and FLOW. Without the ability to get MONEY to work for YOU (ie: by making MONEY your slave) you will always be a slave to MONEY.
