THOUGHT-BATTLE”=1: process of thinking BETWEEN competing thoughts, ideas, or results

DECISION-MAKING”=1: Decision-making can be regarded as the thinking process resulting in the selection of scheme, idea, principle or a belief and/or a course of action among several alternative possibilities to focus on to create an outcome.

 

ARRANGED-FUTURES”=1: Once a decision has been made, the decision moves towards the ARRANGEMENT of the decided future.

ENVIRONMENT-RESULT”=1: all the external factors influencing the life and activities of people, moving towards the agreed result.

SYSTEM-PROCESS”: a scheme of ideas or principles by which something is organized and then acting or moving towards scheme, idea, or principles that are being organized.

OF: Affected by action, of used to indicate the person or thing affected by or performing an action

 

For readers who have been following the adventures of the “STRUGGLEDORKS”,  WORDS OF each lesson are very important to be able to understand John. In today’s lesson, John is starting to create word formulas.  John has a “BUSINESS-FORMULA”=1

“WORDS-LEADING CALIBRATORS+NUMBERS-LAGGING CALIBRATORS”=1 are part of John’s BUSINESS formula.

Today’s lesson, like all lessons, are real BUSINESS-EXPERIENCES. This lesson is an experience that happened to JOHN and JUDY on February 8th, 2014.

Judy

Judy is our companies’ ADMINISTRATOR and MANAGES all the fine details of the “STRUGGLEDORK’s” group of companies. (“IN”)+

John

 

 

 

 

 

John, on the other hand, is STRUGGLEDORKS DIRECTOR and sets the DIRECTION, CREATING THE FUTURES OF the “STRUGGLEDORKS”. (“0UT”)+

All days in the business of “STRUGGLEDORK Inc.” there is tension between the roles of DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR……. {If both roles are doing their role}. Some days are out right uncomfortable. Not only is Judy my BUSINESS Partner…. Judy is my beautiful wife or LIFE Partner
 

Test  I know I’m in real trouble when Judy starts to question my direction. Judy will not move on a decision made unless she has clear understanding of what it is I’m ARRANGING for the collected FUTURES of “STRUGGLEDORK Inc.” TENSION moves very quickly to frustration and becomes “TENSION-FRUSTRATION”=1.  Not a pleasant experience for any-bodies involved in the ENVIRONMENT” or anywhere close.  Warning-warning !! Clear the decks. DECISION-MAKING”=1…. JOHN AND JUDY are making a decision that will influence the future of “STRUGGLEDORKS Inc.”

What is really going on is a long term ARRANGEMENT that has GOALS and OUTCOMES not clearly understood. Failed GOALS or not meeting OUTCOMES usually means that the FUTURE is not clearly defined and there is a lack of AGREEMENT- BETWEEN”=1 roles. A lot of HUMANS are intimidated by JDS and ignore “ME” and hope I don’t notice that what is going. Not Judy! I can TRUST JUDY will question and demand understanding before moving to long term ARRANGEMENTS.

Scenario:

ARRANGEMENT:  The ability to bank (deposit-cheques) in the USA, 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, from any location in the USA and to be able to monitor the transaction at a Centro point anywhere in the world.  “Internet banking using cheques transaction

OUTCOME: Develop a “SYSTEM-PROCESS” to allow “STUGGLEDORK Inc.” to have speed and control of MONEY-FLOW linked to TRANSACTION FLOW anywhere in the USA, managing COST-EXPENSES.       DOING EVERMORE WITH EVERLESS”. Managing more resource (SPACE) with less (MATTER) ENERGY.

GOAL: Work with 1 bank in the USA to test and measure capabilities of the “SYSTEM-PROCESS”. Find the bank, open account, and test all steps of the “SYSTEM-PROCESS”, looking toward the               FUTURE-ARRANGEMENT.

SIDENOTE: (“IN”) great “SYSTEMS”, the “PROCESS” (“OUT”) must go from “VISIBLE to INVISIBLE” – “CONSCIOUS to SUBCONSCIOUS”,  CREATING SYNERGY = “SYNCHRONIZED-ENERGY”=1 . The WEALTH of a BUSINESS is always created by doing DOING EVERMORE WITH EVERLESS”.

BUSINESS WEALTH is the ability to create “SYSTEMS-PROCESSES=1

What DOES or DOES NOT REPEAT must be (“SYSTEMS-PROCESSES=1), CONTROLLED to CREATE-WEALTH!

STORY

 

Judy is talking on the phone to the bank…… Bank will not talk to Judy because the account was set-up by John on a business trip to USA. (In the USA, to set-up accounts, a physical presence was a requirement). Judy must have John’s approval to talk to the Bank. Judy must have John to talk to the bank before the bank will take instruction from Judy. Judy has been on hold for 60 minutes waiting for the bank representative, only to be told she must get John to approve the conversation. Judy has been working with the bank for over a month to get to this point and has already been set-up as the administrator of the bank account. It seems that to alter or add to the account, she must have John’s approval. Judy is frustrated by what is going on. She knows John will want to attack the bank and John will get seriously pissed off. That is even more frustrating for Judy. Get John, it must be done!

Really they want “ME”! Really? “YOU” must be kidding!! True to form John, adds more frustration to Judy’s already F______-up Saturday. Now the Bank gets to hear John’s point on view on the matter at hand. The bank Rep couldn’t care-less on John’s point of view and is paid to be firm and yet polite. “The bank does work like that John. “YOU” will do the following”.  John asks for a supervisor to get his way. The supervisor is paid even more to be firm and polite. Only thing that changes is tone of voice… the supervisor is more polite and even firmer. The banks train their staff to follow their rules. John now just wants an OUTCOME. Intimidating the staff will not work…. the fear of losing their job far out ways John’s intimidation. John becomes compliant to banks “SYSTEMS-PROCESSES” =1. “Really, all John did was show how stupid he really is”. After all he teaches this stuff.

John and Judy achieved the result they wanted by understanding what the bank wanted. There was a complete disconnection with all parties resulting in FAILED GOALS, NO OUTCOMES, and ultimately no chance for FUTURE-ARRANGEMENT.

FRUSTRATED-TENSION”=1 had to move “IN-TENSION”=1. E-MOTION is energy in motion. Frustration was the ruling emotion “IN” the “ENVIRONMENT” of this DECISION-MAKING, leading to no decisions being made. All parties involved in this Decision had to get to “IN-TENSION”=1 and did.

What was the result?

For John, a “SYSTEM-PROCESS”=1 that will allow growth at greater VOLUMES and higher SPEEDS, thus allowing for accelerated growth. IE: CREATING WEALTH.

 For Judy, more control taking less TIME, reducing COSTS and a lower expense, saving MONEY. IE: CREATING WEALTH

 For the Bank? Not sure… They do however have a more satisfied customer. Banks, in my opinion, have lost touch with their customers and get caught between the business, corporate and personal accounts. I’m sure all banks will tell “ME” that they have “SYSTEMS-PROCESSES”=1 to deal with all the segments of their business.  My reply is simple….Banks are PROFIT driven, selling MONEY, “IN” a “COMMODITIZEDREGULATED”=1 market place. Acting like the GRINCH “IN” a Charles Dickens (OLIVER-TWIST) play, asking the customer to beg for more today is a different world.

NEWS FLASH for the BANKS: the market is moving faster than ever before and breaking down boundaries on the way past the Bank doors.

NOTE FROM JUDY: I found the experience with the bank to be so frustrating yesterday morning that I felt like screaming at them or crying, which is not usual for me. Their rules did little to support me or our business and were all designed to make profit for the bank and lock us into contracts for equipment that in this day in age, is extra and not required. In the end, we got a way to deposit checks….. but at an added cost to the business and with a second piece of equipment.

I have to add that this situation generally does not need addressing in countries outside of the USA. Most countries outside of the USA do not use checks…. They only electronically transfer funds or use debit/credit cards. It seems only to be the USA that is obsessed with continuing with the use of checks… hence the requirement of a business to find a way to deposit checks in a timely and secure fashion. I am still so mad about the whole situation. But at least with John’s help, we got a solution and I can tick that rotten job off my list and move on to the piles of other things that require my attention.
