Hi JS,
Great lesson, it gives me a better understanding on cycles and their relationships to arrangement. So a short cycle would be a goal. By keeping a focus on the goal and monitoring it consistently you will get vitalistic data.
An arrangement would be a vision and therefore based on a long term cycle. To get to this arrangement a number of midterm cycles would need to be in place to move towards the arrangement. Thus the outcome is the result of the goals. An example of this could be, “You say I wish to be in optimum health by the end of the year. If the target biomass weight is 100kg (arrangement) and you are currently 164kg then you will effectively have to lose 64kg over the year.
An outcome could be I will have to lose 16kg each quarter.
The goal would be lose 4kg per month, 1 kg per week. So by keeping track of small achievable goals momentum will carry you through.
Each cycle is inter-related and all move towards the arrangement.
