		<description><![CDATA[A very important lesson John. The fundamenrtal questions get very rarely asked. A very clear message for entrepreneurs and business owners. I was talking to a business owner today. He&#039;s been in business for 25 years and is now starting a new project. He knows his product very well and his existing customers. His new businees attempts to atrract housewives that enjoy baking. He has no system to get feedback from the people that are buying or attending baking courses. There&#039;s no frequency plan or analysis of who is actually buying and why. Focusing on just getting to know his customers and tuning into what they want would speed up the consolidation of the business to survival. So many companies seek the support of specialists instead of moving from general to specific. Generic is macro and specific micro.]]></description>
