Hello from Taiwan…. I’m in Taiwan working with one of our company’s Franchisees. I have been training on the idea of Human Capacity with a great friend and fellow journey man, Jabu. We are educating a room full of people/humans on business, life, spirit, ego and their relationship to wealth.

Lesson 38 begin

 

The room full of humans all want to know how to get more MONEY….”I need MONEY……I don’t KNOW HOW TO GET MONEY! SSD and Jabu…. just tell me how to get more MONEY!

THEN OUR LIVES WILL BE COMPLETE!”

 IT DRIVES “ME”……… NUTS!!!!

In my MIND, I think to myself……

 “GET A LIFE……. MONEY IS NOT THAT IMPORTANT”

LUCKY Jabu IS IN THE ROOM….. HE EDUCATES ON HUMAN SPIRIT WORKING WITH HUMAN EGO.

 

Here….. I want to make a distinction. Educating is different from teaching. As an educator, what Jabu knows is not that important!

Jabu’s job is to draw out from the students what they know on any subject, increase their AWARENESS and leave the students with choice of their understanding. A teacher gives a direct “1,2,3 or ABC. This is the way we do it and what we know”.

Humans require both the ability to be AWARE of potentiality (a capacity to grow… to Educate) and the coordinates (what we know already….to teach)…… the limits of what is known.

TO EDUCATE …….. TO TEACH,

ARE GODS GIFT TO EVERY HUMAN!

IT IS NOW ONLY A QUESTION OF HUMAN’S CAPACITY ?????????

WHAT IS YOUR POINT?!

“MY”  point is…..  I don’t see myself as a teacher…… I would rather think myself an EDUCATOR….. Allowing choice to all humans to make up their own minds on all they do.

I happen to be great at entrepreneurship and business ownership as my SPIRIT. I’m driven by my EGO to be MORE and MORE and it’s now a dance of philosophies, regulations, and time….. what I know and don’t know, what my experience is.

I believe that everything I want to know is already on planet earth.  If I stay tuned in, I will learn what I want to know.

Yesterday, whilst educating on “MONEY”, the mass of humans wanted to know how to create “MONEY” as opposed to chasing “MONEY”.

A question was asked about a flipchart drawing (a piece of paper that is large and the whole room can see it from where they are sitting). Jabu had written on the flipchart……..The student was interested in the flipchart.

OPPORTUNITY FOR A LESSON!

SSD IS AWARE AS A ENTREPRENEUR

SSD: Would you like to buy the flipchart?

STUDENT: Yes…. can I?

SSD: That will be 100 NT dollars (that is the MONEY of Taiwan… $ 1 USD = $ 30 NT)

STUDENT: Okay…. I will buy….Will you get Jabu to sign the flipchart?

SSD: Okay… Jabu will sign the flipchart… the price will change to $ 500 NT. Are you okay to pay the new price?

STUDENT: Yes, I will pay the price. What if I take a picture with Jabu? How much will the price be?

SSD: The new price will be $ 1 000 NT….. is that okay with you?

STUDENT: YES.

The deal has been done. Is the deal complete?

SSD:  (To student): Please put your name on the flipchart and the price you agreed to pay. The sale is now signed, sealed and delivered to that student. I now turn to the room and offer all flipcharts for sale at the following offer:

  1. Flipchart:                                             $ 100 NT
  2. Flipchart + signed:                           $ 500 NT
  3. Flipchart + signed+ picture:         $ 1 000 NT

 

A new product is created and now that product has ADDED VALUE ….“MONEY” created in a flash!

 

SSD….. how did you know how to create the price?

I know my costs, customer, product and the market. These variables/parameters are all happening at the same time.

I’m Aware of opportunity as an ENTREPRENEUR.

 

In five minutes, I created a product, made a sale that was fully priced, had agreement to pay the price and as a bonus, created ADDDED VALUE.

 

AND, there is more……… I made a second sale to the same student 2 minutes after he sat down in his chair. I sold him a signed “Money Map” for $ 500 NT. Total sale was $ 1 500 NT ……The total price to “ME” (the seller) to produce the 2 products was $ 30 NT. Total sale price to the customer was

$ 1 500 NT. The gold (REPEAT) is that Jabu and I meet the customer in 2 hours from now to make more sales.

 

NB: No profit was made on running the whole event. Profit was made from the sale of the MONEY MAP or the Flipchart.

 

  1. V volume is created by understanding SPACE. The space in this study is called……  

SALE IN RELATIONSHIP TO BUSINESS

Each completed invoice creates a space. In a company, you have V’s everywhere….. people, products, locations, and so on. Profit is always made by knowing all the space that is being created by the spaces created by all the V’s

  1. Ρ or density is really when profit it made….

EXAMPLE….. one flipchart….. hard-core cost of flipchart = $ 9 NT:

  1. $ 9 NT created $ 100 NT = x (multiplier) of 11.11
  2. ADDED VALUE:  $ 100 NT created  $ 500 NT=  X of 5
  3. ADDED VALUE:  $ 500 NT created  $ 1 000 NT=  X of 2
  4. THE GOLD IS THE REPEATED OPPORTUNITY CREATED BY THE FIRST ENERGY…ie: the opportunity of ongoing/further work with this customer.

Pricing is not as simple as charging what you can get in any moment in time. Pricing is really about…..

  1. The QUALITY
  2. THE VALUE
  3. THE DELIVERY
  4. THE PROFIT

………IN EVERY MOMENT IN TIME
