SPHERICAL: Shape that is round that has dimension of depth and volume…… Businesses are always shaping in SPHERICAL CYCLES…………… not living in linear balances
CYCLES: a sequence of events that is repeated again and again, especially a Business causal sequence
This week is a complex lesson that may lose readers and have JDS certified into the loony-bin. I have been (by most of my mentors) told to “keep it simple stupid” or “K.I.S.S. ……………..humans are not able to understand complexity”. It has taken “ME” 20 years of study to come to terms with
“SIMPLE to COMPLEX by relationships”
What K.I.S.S. did………….. was kept “ME” stupid.
I started studying a philosophy created by Buckminister R Fuller…..
“SYNERGETICS”
Explorations in the Geometry of Thinking
Fuller’s Geometry ……… philosophy is always a shape that has 4 directions!
Geometry: (Ancient Greek: geo- "earth", -metron "measurement") is a branch of mathematics concerned with questions of shape, size, relative position of figures, and the properties of space
Fuller’s thinking was that no thought was complete without the 4 directions. He believed 4 words would change not only the way “YOU” think………….. it will change your L.I.F.E.

In other words, playing stupid is not a good condition from which to create anything in your life. In a fast moving world, it’s my Experience from understanding the Geometry of Universe that my decision-making ability is enhanced from being STUPID TO BEING CREATIVE by the GEOMETRY OF THOUGHT.

John S: Thank you for asking Chris ..since you asked, I will tell you.
EVERYTHING STARTS AT 1 AND DIVIDES…THIS IS THE WAY OF THE UNIVERSE.
TO MAKE A CONSCIOUS DECISION IS THE DESIGN OF ALL HUMANS.
CONSCIOUS DECISIONS ARE WHAT MAKES HUMANS DIFFERENT FROM ALL OTHER ANIMALS…..
THE ABILITY TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE AND MAKE A DECISION.

CONSCIOUS: Consciousness is the quality or state of being aware of an external object or something within oneself. It has been defined as: sentience, awareness, subjectivity, the ability to experience or to feel, wakefulness, having a sense of selfhood, and the executive control system of the mind.

TO MAKE DECISIONS IN BUSINESS, I MUST UNDERSTAND THE SPACE OF BUSINESS.
IN, OUT, BETWEEN, AROUND
“IN” of business is the Product/Service
“OUT” of the business is the Customer
“BETWEEN” of the business is time Between sales and delivery
“AROUND” is the marketplace in which the Products and Customers co-exist.
To make an informed Decision, there are many moving “THOUGHTS”….”IN”Business is the thought that always starts with the relationship between PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS and what really happens . “ACTION, REACTION, RESULTANT” is really what will make the space of the Business continue.
In my thinking, there is a spiral “IN” thought and then a spiral OUT thought.
Chris S : So where do you start John?
John S: Thank you again for bringing me back to focus!
I always start “OUT” and spiral “IN” in my thoughts. Look at the Tetra above….. the spiral always starts with my biggest thought = the future.
1.FUTURE OUTCOME: If I don’t understand what “YOU” want and where “YOU” are going, “YOU” will settle for what is already there.
DECISION: I can then focus my thought towards the future I’m looking to create.
EXECUTION: What actions will I take now to move towards my future?
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS.
2. FLOW: What direction are “YOU” flowing “IN”, “OUT”, “BETWEEN”, “AROUND”?
ENERGY: Human’s energy is always the first flow creator.
MONEY: Is a human system; it is the Business score card.
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS.
3. COMMUNICATION: As humans, we relate by communication between ourselves.
VERBAL: Humans created word language to relate between each other.
NON-VERBAL: Humans become aware of messages being delivered without words.
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS.
4. SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES: Are a series of behaviours that allow “More-with-Less Outcomes”
IN SPACE has always IN systems and processes.
OUT SPACE has always “OUT” systems and processes.
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS.
5. COMPLIANCE: Real success comes from the ability to repeat; to have the discipline to be compliant.
LEGAL AGREEMENTS: Are the real wealth in todays world. The ability to set and hold agreements are the NEW OIL!
ACCOUNTING: Is a measurement; a way to know on-course/off-course.
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMERS.
6. PRODUCT/SERVICE: Without a reason, why have a business? Products/services create the want for space…. the space of business.
PHYSICAL: Businesses are fullly aware of the idea of supply and demand. This happens mostly with physical products. Example of a physical product is a toothbrush.
META-PHYSICAL: Is the new economy…ideas…… the ability to manufacture from pure thought. As we develop as humans, the invisible becomes more important. In business, the most important growth area is the meta-physical.
DRIVERS OF THE THOUGHT SPIRAL: Are CUSTOMERS.
Chris S: Wow John. From the “out of the future” to the “in to a customer”. What do I do now?
John S: Chris….. now your decision has to go out to the customer. Understand that the spiral will be between Business, Product and Customer. Viability and sustainability is the ability to manage all the logistics around the relationships. I find that most humans don’t realise these spirals happen, whether we like it or not.
It is the ability to relate the following:
1. Understand (AWARENESS)
2. Where you are at (PRESENCE)
3. What you want….. intention
4. When you will ……..take action
5. Who will you…. be in rleationship with
6. What results…….. do you expect
These are parts of CREATING WEALTH from the efforts that are applied.
Wow!!! I did it! That is my lesson on “Everything starts at 1 and divides”!
